ABOUT
HISTORY, CULTURE AND KEY PERSONNEL
ORIGINS
The idea for the existence of LogiProc was born in the early 1990's, on a construction site in the far North West province of South Africa.
The camaraderie resulting from a tight construction schedule and late night commissioning activities convinced our founding shareholders that they could provide the industry with a better engineering alternative while having fun in the process.
Although our origins can be traced back to 1987, our founding shareholders, André Smit, Richard Bewsey and Johan Smit established the company in its current form in 1999.
COMPANY CULTURE
"Culture eats strategy for breakfast" - Peter Drucker
Company culture is the most important driver in any organisation.
At LogiProc we promote a culture of integrity, honesty and trust which underpins our relationships with our people and our clients.
Our Core Values
Integrity
My word is my bond. I always act in an honest and ethical manner. I choose courage over comfort and what is right over what may be quick, easy or lucrative.
Excellence
To me, excellence is not a skill it is an attitude. I always strive to achieve my personal best in professionalism, service and quality.
Respect
I have a high regard for the business at hand and the people on the team. I treat every person as I would expect to be treated if the roles were reversed.
Family
I am committed and loyal to the LogiProc family. I care about the wellbeing of our team and support team members in the execution of their tasks. I believe in having fun, but always expect to be held accountable.
Relationship
I aim to assist the team in building positive, long term relationships with our clients. “We don’t just want the first project, we want the next ten!” Our team’s success is built on the collaboration between the LogiProc family, our clients, our subcontractors and our suppliers.
“Vasbyt”
Engineering isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for the brave, the patient and the persistent, It’s for the reactive and the innovative, It’s for the overcomers and the go getters. It’s LogiProc!
